Where

Vendor Village, along the walkways between the rings — and not only a thoroughfare. The Doggie Costume Contest is held there mid-show.

Who trades

Tack, apparel, jewelry, art and equestrian trade. Food is handled separately, through Sugar Shakers.

When

Both show weeks, 2027. Two shows, back to back, from late June.

Before you apply

What you need to have ready

Insurance is the one that blocks an application outright.

What insurance do I need?
Two separate insurance certificates. The show office will tell you exactly what each must cover before your application is accepted.
I run a food business
Food vending is handled separately from retail. Inquiries go to Sugar Shakers, who coordinate food service on the grounds.
Can I sell feed?
No — the Official Feed Store has exclusivity. The 2026 prize list is explicit: no other feed vendor is permitted on the grounds without the express permission of management. Every other retail category is open.
Where would my booth be?
Retail sits along the walkways between the rings, where exhibitors, families and spectators pass all day. The show office holds the grounds plan.

Retail

The show office holds the grounds plan and the terms. Tell them what you sell and how much space you need.

Food

Food vending is coordinated by Sugar Shakers rather than the show office, and is a separate application.
