Hospitality
A table at the ringside of the Grand Prix arena, in the Clubhouse the Town of North Elba built as part of the new showgrounds.
The room
A new Clubhouse
The Town of North Elba built the new Clubhouse with financial support from the State, as part of the same rebuild that reconstructed the rings with all-weather footing and upgraded the stabling area.
“From competition ring and stabling area upgrades which the horse show undertook, to the new Clubhouse which the Town of North Elba provided with financial support from the State, we now have a whole new showgrounds.”

Who it is for
Two ways people use it
The same room, arranged two different ways — booked directly, or carried as part of a sponsorship.

A table for your owners
Somewhere to put owners, family and clients for the day, at the ringside of the Grand Prix arena rather than on the rail.
Partners
Part of a sponsorship
Hospitality is one of the things a sponsorship can carry, across either or both weeks. It is arranged with the show office alongside the rest of the package.
Booking
Booking for 2027
Table and seat options for the 2027 season, with prices and what each includes, are being confirmed. In the meantime the show office takes bookings directly and can answer what a table involves.
Sponsors should ask about hospitality as part of a package rather than separately — sponsorship covers what else it can carry.
