In 2019, during our 50th Anniversary Celebration, the Lake Placid Horse Shows were officially designated a USEF Heritage Competition—an honor reserved for events that have made a significant and lasting contribution to the sport. This prestigious recognition highlights our decades-long tradition of excellence, community involvement, and commitment to the equestrian world. As one of only a select number of shows to receive this title, we are proud to carry forward the legacy of the “Best Two Weeks of a Horseman’s Summer.”
